Google Play launch (Q1 2027) and App Store launch (Q2 2027). Driver tooling expansion. Matching engine v2 with spatial-graph route optimisation and full trip configuration. Employer wallet top-ups and B2B optimisations: utilization and SLA reporting, multi-route pickup points.

AI pooling and matching-model engines across multi-region deployment with automatic failover. Minibus and informal transport operators integrated. Parcel delivery as a standalone product line.
