Privacy Policy

Effective date: 24 September 2026 · Xure Labs (Pty) Ltd, Reg. 2025/806033/07

1. Who We Are

Xure Labs (Pty) Ltd ("Xure Labs", "we", "us") is a South African technology company and the operator of the PRYDE mobility platform. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This policy covers this website and our products.

2. What We Collect

Website visitors: contact details you submit through forms (name, email, company), and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and analytics.

PRYDE users: identity and contact details (name, phone number, email), profile and verification data (including identity documents where provided), location data during active trips, trip and payment history, wallet and payout details, and safety-related records.

Business clients: company details, employee roster data (names, work contact details, route assignments) provided under contract, and billing information.

3. Why We Process It

To provide and operate the platform (account creation, trip matching, payments, payouts), ensure safety (driver verification, SOS response, trip tracking), meet legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send product updates and marketing. Each processing purpose has a lawful basis under POPIA.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary with: drivers/riders (limited profile data to complete a trip), payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements, and authorities where legally required. Business client roster data is scoped to that client's own admin console.

5. Security & Retention

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access with mandatory two-factor authentication for administrative access, audit logging, and least-privilege infrastructure. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, then delete or de-identify it.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time. Email Pfano@aurafloor.co.za with the subject "POPIA Request". We respond within the periods prescribed by law.

7. Information Officer & Complaints

Our Information Officer can be reached at Pfano@aurafloor.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforeg@justice.gov.za / 010 023 5200.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
